Hi, I’m Candice Leanos, author, speaker, pilates instructor, and wellness coach.

I created My Peace of Health as a wellness sanctuary for women and families seeking a more grounded, peaceful approach to health, one that feels intentional, restorative, and sustainable.

As a wife, mother of 5, and grandmother (CoCo), I understand that true wellness isn’t about intensity or perfection. It’s about returning to balance. Creating space to breathe. Building a life that feels healthy, calm, and deeply aligned.

At My Peace of Health, wellness is simple, elevated, and personal — rooted in peaceful living and designed to support the whole person.
