Candice Leanos is the founder of My Peace of Health, where she helps individuals and families build sustainable habits that support long-term wellness.
Her work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. As a mother of five, Candice understands the demands of daily life and the importance of creating rhythms that are both practical and effective. Her approach is grounded, structured, and deeply intentional—focused on helping others move from overwhelm to clarity.
With a background in nutrition, fitness, Pilates instruction, and wellness coaching, Candice integrates movement, lifestyle habits, and emotional wellness into a simple, teachable system known as the My Peace Method™.
Her work extends beyond individual health, with a growing focus on family wellness, children’s education, and building strong foundations that support generational change.
